NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 6, 2008) – The hilarious blockbuster that has won the hearts of millions, Defending the Caveman, is making its Nashville, Tenn. debut during Father's Day weekend at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

Rob Becker wrote Defending the Caveman over a three-year period, as he studied anthropology, prehistory, psychology, sociology and mythology. Since making its debut in San Francisco in 1991, it has helped clear misunderstandings between men and women. It opened on Broadway in 1995, running for two-and-a-half years, playing 702 performances. It has been on national and international tours since.
