single-point-of-contact account policy provides our clients with continuity of
service while our support services include web-based planning applications, convention
marketing tools and a host of other optional programs covering business, media
and catering needs. Pre-convention client meetings and frequent follow-up phone
conferences are held to aid in the design of the best possible convention and
to keep it on track. Once a convention begins, every meeting planner is assigned
a team of Gaylord service and administrative professionals to provide support
in such key areas as technology, multimedia, dining, entertainment and billing.
